Pre-requisites for Application

Please read and follow these instructions carefully to ensure your membership application is processed without delay.

• You must be a registered user on the Saradhi Portal before filling out this form. If you haven't registered yet, please create an account first.
• Membership is strictly open only to current residents of Kuwait.

Filling Out the Form

• Personal & Family Details: Complete all mandatory fields with your accurate information.
• Spouse Information: If your family is residing with you in Kuwait, you must include your spouse's details in the designated section of the application.
  You can apply membership for your spouse, after filling your application

Required Document Uploads

You are required to upload the following documents. Please ensure they are clear and legible:

• Valid ID Proof: A scanned copy or clear photo of your official identification (e.g., Civil ID, Passport).
• Photograph: A recent, clear, passport-sized photograph.

Membership Approval & ID Issuance

• Payment Requirement: Final approval of your membership and the issuance of your official Membership ID are subject to the successful payment of the Membership Fee and any other applicable charges.
• Your ID will not be generated until all payments are cleared.
